Returns Must be in the Mail Back to us within 7 days of return authorization.

 

Photos may required for authentication of damage for authorization of return.

 

I do not accept returns for the following reasons.

 

Not the color that you expected. I get the photos as close to representing the colors and textures as I can but variances in internet transmission and each individual's equipment and/or monitor settings and their capabilities can cause changes in colors.

 

Does not work for your intended use. I am not responsible if the product you order is not appropriate for your intended use.

 

Changed your mind. Please if you do change your mind  let us know right away before your items are shipped. Otherwise all return policies are in effect.

 

Refused packages or returned packages without authorization  dose not automatically insure refund. Please if there is a reason for you to refuse your package contact me first so I can set up appropriate channels to consider your reshipment or refund if I deem that is possible. If I can work it out I will do everything within my guidelines to do so all shipping charges are paid by the buyer, both to the buyer and back on a returned item even if the item states free shipping.
